I am fro naraina vihar, new delhi, i had excitel in lockdown may 2020. The complaint i have against the company that
1.in the website the installation fee is given 500 inr and the line man shamim charged me 700 inr. And that also without any receipt and no fixing of wire
2. I have subscribed for 1 year in advance and in every 2/3 days there is no internet, complain in app is not processed and not even by the area man of excitel resolved
3. If company is unable to fullfill his promises and services then please return my hard money which i pay in advance. Because as per excitel i paid for 12 months but present situation i will be getting services for 6 yo 8 months.
4. Excitel app is also not working nicely but very slow and mot accepting new complaint of no internet from last 2 days as old one nt resolved.
