I reported a “no internet connectivity” issue on 29/Jul 09.25AM via the Excitel iPhone App.
The standard turn around time stated by Excitel is 24hrs.
I have made repeated calls to Excitel on 30/Jul and 31/Jul about resolution on this issue but the issue still has not been resolved.
On top of that, I cannot cancel the subscription as I am tied with Excitel until Jan/24 as per their policy.
This is a blatant misuse and harassment to the customer.
