Excitel — non-connectivity of the internet | |||||
I have been using excitel internet for the last 3-4 months. I found the service very poor. The internet connection is not reliable at all. Every other day the net is down due to some reasons or the others. Whenever we call excitel customer care, their standard reply is your compliant will be resolved in 24 hours. They are not having technically qualified staff to handle the customers. They do not have the proper feedback from the ground staff to update on the complaint. Their supervisors can give only assurances but no solutions. This can be verified from my account where i lodged numbers of complaint during the last 3-4 months. The speed of my plan is 50 mpbs but it is always between 25 to 30 mpbs. Nobody bothered to my complaints seriously. The present grievance is regarding my complaint lodged on 5th october 2017 at 6.30 pm for non-connectivity. However, the problem could not be solved by excitel till 6.30 pm on 8th october 2017 and that too after my regular calls to their customer care. Their local partner ishika enterprises who visited my house after restoring my connection intimated that excitel informed them today only. Had excitel intimated ishika enterprises on time, my connection would have been restored on 5th october 2017 itself. My humble request is to punish the people who are responsible for the delay caused and suitable compensation be given to me for the harassment i faced during this period. Thanks V. K.
