Excitel — not paying refund its 28 days now, even after written commitment from them at start of the service. | |||
When I took their Internet service they asked me 1500 Rs extra along with 800 at the time of installation stating that now they are starting F2H and said the the amount 1500 will be refunded, I pad the money and when I sent a mail to them asking refund commitment they wrote back that 50% amount will be refunded when I exit the services. Which will 750rs. After 2 years I've shifted from the house and I left the house mid of the month and called many times to collect the hardware and pay my refund, I was told to write a mail, which I did along with the mail from Excitel confirming refund of stop of service. My written request via email was on 18th September 2018, since then I have been calling them every alternate days to check on the status, on 22 September I was told the refund is approved and will be dispersed in a day or two. My ticker was closed next day I called up and was told that local provider refused to pay the refund and closed the ticket. Got it reopen. Since then every second day I call them and they say BD team is working on it and will get update in 2 days and then I call them the third day and again the same response I'm fed up of calling them every second third day, it's been 6 times I've done it and still same response, they don't transfer me to the BD team, and just say to wait for 2 days and happening for 28 days now. Please take action on their inefficient way of handling outgoing customers. IT seems they don't care to even call once to update that it's going to get late. No respite from them.
