My connection has been terminated on 4 December 2022 and the company has not given me a refund of Rs 2000, today it has been more than 60 days.Then I called the customer supporter what is he saying your device is not submitted so you contact the locale dealer what should I call the locale dealer. He says that the accounted has come today, otherwise it will come tomorrow, then tomorrow he will scan the device and within 60 days your refund will be deposited in your bank account.
I request the consumer complaint forum Strict action should be taken against this company.
