I have been struggling to get my 2k amount of security deposit from excitel. They have been fooling their customers. We were given date of refund as 12 December 2022 but still sent any info yet. We have created a ticket which is pending since 4 months. They have been lying and giving false details to us. Multiple calls have been but no resolution yet
