We are facing a severe problem because of your worst Treatment towards your customer
I requested for the refund on 11 oct 2020,
It has been 26 days still I haven't got my refund .Due to some confusion within your staff, I have told to refund my ONU
By execution and bad communication within your customer care staff I have to face such hurdle . Your company has a good reputation still I am facing a great inconvenience, resolve it soon as possible as the given time already extended by 17 days
Otherwise we have to complaint in the end under the. Consumer act(recently amended)
