I tried making payment for my broadband connection. On 19th sept. The amount was deducted but it shows that the transaction was declined. I called their customer service number and spoke to vinod he said that the payment is declined so i need to try again. He said it was declined at his gateway. I again called and spoke to gurpreet. Gave him the transaction details and he said withing 7 days i will get my money back. I got the money back now when again i made payment today the amount got deducted. Now when i contacted them this time. Some # # answered the call. His name is bharat. This # kept on saying that he has escalated the ticket which i opened on 19th sept (9 days ticket still open). When asked to connect to the supervisor. He said there are no supervisor.in night shift there are no supervisors on weekdays. This guy had the guts t hang up my call. I still do not have my connection active and cant use the service.
