i am facing pathetic support from exitel, whenever i face issues it is taking more than 3 days time and not getting any information on the issue and solution.
literally i am facing issues every month.
This month I am faced on 1st dec 2020 and raised ticket 665257 but till now the issue has not been solved. When I called the customer case they are speaking to a rude manager and I have not seen this type of rudeness in any other customer service. for the issue he is telling that i have to wait again 24 hours to regain the internet service for this he is telling i have not provided proper information about the issue in the ticket and on 02-dec 2020 i got internet for 2-3 hours for that issue won't be considered from 1st dec 2020.
i what to know is this the proper way you will do with customers and issues. let me know so that we may know your service was like this only.
