I was doing one month recharge of 820 rs. On 12 july, during the payment due to poor internet, the session expired but my the money got deducted, i tried again, this time the transaction was successful. I talked to customer care and the agent confirmed the issue and told me that the amount will get refunded after 7 days, don't worry. I trusted him.
After 10 days when i didn't receive any cash back i called again. This time another agent told me that we got your both payment of 12th july. And we expanded your plan for two months without asking me first. I told him this is not right, i don't want 2 month plan, please refund it. He agreed and raised my issue again and gave the ticket id. And said to me that ill get refund within 48 hours.
Again no refund. I called again and explain entire issue to another agent. He said that they closed the issue without giving me cash back. He raised another ticket but nothing happened. Now they are saying that we can't give you cashback because both your transaction were successful. Even they can't let me talk to their superiors. They are just sorry. Was this information helpful? |
