Excitel — poor internet speed provided | |||
I got excitel connection on 8 oct and from that day i am complaining for speed. I opted 50 mbps plan and i am getting 10 to 25 mbps speed. I called the customer care department and they asked me to wait for 48 hrs but after 48 hrs when i called the fields guys that look into the cable problem, he was not aware of my complaint. As per him, customer care hasn't send him my complaint. I don't think they have proper matrix for customer complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
