Excitel — poor network & connectivity issue

I have taken the 3 months plan on april 6 one month already passed but every day i facing connectivity issue. I've paid the amount in advance but i'm unable to utilize the same due to poor service and support. Please take serious action against such a unprofessional peoples. Worst internet provider i have known, please guide how can i get my money back. Thanks
