I am using the Internet Broadband service Plan 50 MB unlimited download, for past 2.5 years through Excitel Broadband, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad, but I found there is no connectivity from last 3 days. Since agent is not attending the complaint/telephonic calls/Messages which tantamount to cheating. However the further facts are brought to your notice:
1. Already many messages sent on myexcitel app but issue not resolved yet.
2. Every time their customer care peoples says we are working on the issue & send our technical person for visit. No one visited from past 3 days. I am still waiting.
3. Possibility of misuse of my plan through your agent is not ruled out specially, when the service provider keeping silence on numerous complaints.
Thus due to unavailability of Net connectivity for which I paid well in advance, not only my commitments are suffering, but putting me heavy financial losses apart from agony. Was this information helpful? |
