Excitel — Problems with the service provider> | |||
I recharged my excitel account on 09/04/2021. I wasn't given any info about services stopping if we didn't switch to fiber cables. Now, from 16/04/2021 my internet services has stopped and the service provider is asking me to switch to fiber cables by giving him 2000 rupees. When denied he says that services will no longer work. I did not expect such behaviour from a company like excitel. I also talked about refund from the service provider but he denied and refused to talk more about it. I would also like to point out the fact that i am the only one in my area whose internet service is down while the rest of the people's services are working. I request my refund as I am highly disappointed my service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
