I booked excitel fibre connection but they forwarded to wrong parter and then cancelled. I have been requesting for refund of security deposit, sent several reminders but they are not replying. I have not received the refund for my payment which I made on 6th July 2021 against router security deposit.
Please confirm the refund status immediately because you promised to return within one week.
