Excitel — Refund for the connection which never provided

I paid Rs 5999 on 12th July 2022 to Excitel for new broadband connection but after the payment, I was told that connection is not feasible in my area and my money would be refunded within 03 days. Till now, I have not got any refund despite making several calls to Excitel customer care executives.
