Hello Sir/Madam
I have requested to terminate my connection and give back refund amount of security deposit.
I have raised sevaral tickets since July 2021, then they have terminated my connection and sent a courier person (From Delhivery) to collect the device.
I have handed over the device and they have updated the same on courier agency (delhivery) website (AWB No. is [protected])
later on they have updated that device has been returned to the company (Exitel) and Excitel team has closed the ticket.
Now I am requesting to Excitel to refund my security deposit amount. They are still saying that they have not received any update by their team and making excuses. They want to raise ticket for connection termination which is already done and confirmed by them.

They are not taking any input and not giving resolution and just closing the tickets.
I am feeling very tortured by the behaviour of this comapny. Please help me to get my refund amount of Rs. 2000 back, also take action this company for this kind of malpractices.
