Excitel — Refund of 2590 Rupees and terminate my connection

#7278807 and #7252469 is not been worked upon. I have connection termination request from 30th October and Excitel is not at all working on it. They have not refunded my money yet. CUstomer service team do not give any update. I want to complain about RAVI TOKAS IN EXCITEL.
