Excitel — Refusal to mention GST Number on Invoice

We paid Rs. 7064.66 and since then we are following up for a GST Invoice.
Invoice Number : 7-DLINV/6279502 Dated: 24.08.2021

They are not even bothering to reply to any mails or to any ticket on their App. Ticket Number 6634335 had been opened and reopened every day since last two weeks.

Looks like, due to malafide tax practices, they do not intentionally want to provide Invoice with our GST number mentioned. Because of this serious malpractice, we will also lose Input for the Tax Amount. They will not pay GST to government because this Invoice will never reflected on portal.

Hoping some tax authorities to notice all this . .
