On 17 august 2017 i made online payment using net banking of money 820.10 Rs for broadband recharge. amont was deducted from my bank account but on excitel website it showed that transaction failed ..i called customer support but they made false statements about refund time.they asked for screenshot of transactions as proof but didn't refunded yet

Too much service is useless I removed my own network in December 2021 and refund has not come yet give my refund soon...
