Excitel — Regarding refund of Plan amount & device refundable deposit

Excitel Broadband removed internet connecton from my local area without intimation, for which i have opted for a 4 months plan of 3000 rupees. I raised complaint with them for refund of money, but there was no response from them. And I could see lot of other guys had same issue, where Excitel is not refunding money.

1273515 - refund of plan amount 3000
1232627 -. refund of device amount 2000

They are least interested in resolving refund issues.
