My registered mobile number is [protected] and I am in Hyderabad. Very lethargic excitel I did not see. No one is taking cognizance of this pending complaint for nearly six months. The complaint is that the router is not properly fixed and wires are hanging. This is in the first main hall of entry and giving a very shabby look. Pictures and images were taken and put it in website along with complaint. No one is looking to these…I must have rang up general number[protected] nearly two hundred times. Every time, they take the complaint and say the complaint is escalated and I will get a phone call in 24 hours. Nobody comes on the line and the complaint is still pending. Contacted on WhatsApp for more than 1000 times the great sales manager, Mr Sudhakar on his mobile number [protected] and Mr Satya, the marketing manager on his mobile [protected] and sent images of their good work. No response, absolutely ridiculous and fed up making daily call to the general number[protected]. Will the Md woke up and has patience to see these complaints.
