I am getting legal notice from the Excitel that I need to pay INR 25000 for their router, as I haven't returned their device and It's harrasment to their agent according to Excitel.
Router was burnt in fire accident which I have conveyed to customer service several times and I cancelled the connection therafter as I relocated.
I have patiently explained the scenario every time the agent contacted.
Customer support enquired the situation and then they cancelled the connection.
Now after an year I am getting the Legal notice to that same address from which I have relocated year ago.
The connection was closed after the entire conversation and detailed enquiry about the situation.
Why wasn't I informed earlier if things were not settled and why is it now I am getting those figures? Was this information helpful? |
