Excitel — Rude and fake promise | |||
I have 2 accounts with excitel I have been having trouble with speed and frequent disconnection issue since a long time now eventually my plan has expired but my issue was never been resolved. I have 100 mbps speed plan and which i guess should get nothing less then 80 mbps every time but i didn't even get 50 mbps which is half the opted speed of the plan for not even a single day. One connection is for my personal use and one is for the business and every single day i have an issue with the frequent disconnection of internet and slow speed as low as 500 kbps. I was asked to reach your local service provider in case of any issue and almost each and every day i have been in touch with local team and they would not receive the call and i have to visit them personally every day. Even though they would never visit my place for fixing the issue and when i follow up next day they would have one answer that it's problem is from backend. After being frustrated i called up your toll free number on 29-june-2017 at 10 pm ist (Complaint no - 127584) after being on line for more then half hour and was connected to a representative named sanjay kumar when i explained him the issue he took a remote and saw there was rto and slow speed issue and said issue is from the back end and my response was the same which usually a frustrated customer would have after waiting for month getting same response. I said i won;t be able to call you guys every day and spend half hour on phone to get it connected to a human voice and explaining my issue as i have other things to do. Now this is when this guy was utterly talking nonsense where he started saying i don't want to help you and being hell rude.in my entire life i have never spoke with any customer service agent who was rude with all kind of almost abusive and false language he responded to me i would have probably smashed my pc. He disconnected the phone on my face saying i don;t want to help you do whatever you want to do. This is word you would never want to listen from a customer service people and when i asked for a supervisor he rudely said there is no supervisor you hang up the phone.
