Excitel — Security Amount not Refunded

Hello Sir/Madam

I have requested to terminate my connection and give back refund amount of security deposit.
I have raised sevaral tickets about security amount refund, excitel employees has collected the router on 21st Oct'21 after one month I have raised the issue for non received the security amount. Excitel team has reverted that the security amount has refunded on 21st Nov'21 but I've not received the amount in my bank account.

I have called to customer care and raised the issue, then CCE demanded bank account statement. I have uploaded the bank statement against ticket no. 7424590 and taken follow ups many time they always said your issue is under process and it will be resolved today or tomorrow.

Tickets closure time already exceeded but issue yet not resolve. Kindly look in to this and arrange to resolve the same else I'll raise the greviance against the same. Thank you.

When I have raised the issue here... It's marked as resolved... Really pathetic
