Excitel — Security Amount Refund Related

Hi Team,

I am Navneet Singh. My Ticket number with the Excitel Broadband is 13270462. I surrender their device in March 2023 and till date Excitel did not initiate the security amount that is INR.1000 and now I am frustrated because whenever I call them, they just give 10-15 more days to resolve my issue and i observed that after termination of their services they are usually delaying the refund of this security amount for most of the customers. I think they are earning huge interest on our money and since it's more than 2 months which they mentioned in their website for this refund I formally request you to look into this and with this INR.1000 I want some compensation amount too.
