I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. for failing to process my security deposit refund and for their unresponsive and negligent customer support.

On 23rd November 2024, I returned the Wi-Fi router to Excitel and received a successful collection acknowledgment under Ticket ID: 70804864. However, I have not received any communication from their side regarding the next steps for processing the refund or for submitting my bank details.
I raised another support ticket (Ticket ID:[protected] to follow up on the issue, but I have received no response to date. Furthermore, all my attempts to reach their support team via IVR calls have failed—calls are transferred but no representative ever responds.
Such behavior reflects extremely poor customer service and unfair trade practices. I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to your esteemed office as my final resort to seek redressal and recover my rightful refund.
I request your kind intervention in this matter and urge you to take appropriate action against Excitel for their negligence and delay in refunding customer dues.
