I want to raise a complaint regarding one of the worst service provider name Excitel . They are mentally torturing us as they are not providing good service at all. We have raised arround 18 complaints till now since we have taken the connection but there is no improvement. They have worst customer service executive and worst technician those even don't know how to fix the issue. There agents are disconnecting our call on our face and they are even not transferring my call to the senior authority of them. Once I got connected one of the manager his name was Jamal Hussain he fixed my connection but for only 2 days after that it back to the same. They are just taking money and giving worst service to their cx they are mentally harassing us and torturing with their continuous disconnection. We have done multiple calls to them and requested for the fixing up the connection but they are like they don't care they listen reeboot and again back to the same it stops working. In this current situation everyone is working from home we are loosing our money just because of this service provider. I want to request to cancel their licence of internet service as they are fooling their cx and nothing else. I have attached the screenshot of tickets for reference.Please do the needful.

Updated by Maurya.k I have not received any call from them and my service is not working since 2 days it is continuously disconnecting and we are loosing our money just because of this pathetic service so please take some strict action as we are 4 people working and we are loosing near about 10-15 thousand per day as this is our one day salary for 4 people
