Excitel — Slow internet | |||||
I am so furious about my internet working on a really sliw speeds. I was assured that will get 20 mbps speed in the price of Rs.800 per month. I am constantly running speed test on Speedtest.net and the maximum speed that i get is of 2mbps, even the upload speed shows 14.73 mbps which is way higher than the download one. I have tried contacting Excitel a few times but every time i contact them they reset the connection and the internet speed increases at that time. They say it is my router which is old, but i have tried connecting this router to other networks and it gives me good speeds. It is just excitel which is playing tricks with customers.
