Hi I’m rajbir i have buy a plan of 300 mbps but I’m not getting my speed is very slow when I have complained for that they have talk me in inmanerly way that was very disappointed for me so i request you to solve my problem as i ask them to refund my money they refuse to do so. Its my right that if i have pay for something so i should get. If i have not done mistake in paying money so would i am having problem in getting problem in speed . The way their employee talk to me was very hesitating. I dont like that .It is my right to get excellent service from excitel pls solve my issue
