I upgraded my plan few days ago to 100mbs to 300mbs., I have not once received the proper speed. Customer agent of this company are so rude and dumb. The only place your speed get is speedtest.com. everywhere else the speed is between 20-30mb. My download speed on 300mbs plan should be anywhere between 30-36mb per second. I have never even seen 3mb download speed even once. On top of that this company has taught its customer service to ghost and block the numbers of customer whose issue do not get resolve. the customer care has a policy of not speaking on the phone and remain mum, till you are forced to disconnect the call.
