Excitel — speed not provided and indecent behaviour | |||||
I have an excitel broadband wifi connection registered against my number [protected]. Since 16 october 2018 i have raised innumerable number of complaints detailing my speed issue which is about 24 mbps against the promised 100 mobs. I am paying for 100 mbps each month. The excitel customer care and they operator around my area whose name is asim rajput are not attending to my issue. Every time i call the customer care they assure that the matter would be resolved but without resolving anything they are settling my issue. For this lackadaisical approach and giving false assurance and doing nothing actually and again taking money from me for 100 mbps is cheating, forgery and fradulent practice. I have made at least 100 complaints to their customer care about Internet not working for more than 12 hours in a day, nothing has been addressed so far. It is the worst ISP
