Excitel — Struggling with connection transfer request | |||
I have been taken a new connection from Excitel in Aug'21 for next six months, due to some reason I have to shift from current location to near by location within 700 meter. Since 20 days I have been struggling for my connection for trasnfer but Excitel is not bothering also. I have highlighted my request to Mr. Vivek Raina CEO of the Excitel on LinkedIn but he also seems unprofessional in current world. I have seen my experience that if somebody like me struggling with service of any organisation he tagged the responsible faces of the organisation you may get a quick response from their team but he seems same as his team members with an attitude "who care". Seriously this is professional way to treat your coustomer, each coustomer care person is telling same thing you will get back revert but no revert at all this is staff of Excitel... Even CC is asking for new connection why should I take Even I had read coustomer comments Excitel is not refunding money Very unprofessional and unsatisfied 😡😡😡😡 Was this information helpful? | |||
