[Resolved]  Excitel — Taken full year amount and not giving proper Internet speed

I was using excitel broadband Internet.I paid 6000 rupees for 1 year Internet plan of 300 Mbps speed.They also took 2000 rupees extra for providing a router.But they are not giving Internet speed of 300 Mbps.I am only getting Internet speed of 20 to 30 Mbps.Very slow speed.I have complained to excitel customer care 40 days back, but I am not getting any resolution.They are not solving my problem nor they are refunding my full money of Rs.8000. They are doing fraud, what is this.If your cant provide promised Internet speed, then why taking payments from customer and running fraud Internet scheme.

Finally they solved my issue, after postinf complain on consumer complain...I am getting proper speed
