Dear Excitel,
It is to inform you that your services are not satisfactory and not up to mark. your engineers are very bad in behavior, even in your company customers are not respected.
This is current situation just after buying a new connection your team clearly refused to tackle the customers problem.
Your one of the engineers named "Ajay" from excitel misbehaved with us and clearly ask for the amount for installation though installation is free of cost from company's side and when we refused to give amount he just after installed the router and when we asked to arrange the router, he clearly refused to us for not doing so.

He is very bad and thus because of this particular person I will take action against the company and file the FIR against this person which is your company's employee.
and from your company, in future we will not avail any services and we will stop so many people to avail your services as much as we can.
because company (Excitel) do not provide services properly to the customers.
they just sell and run away after that.
