29/4/2025 - An Excitel employee messaged me on Whatsapp stating that they issued a notice against me for not returning the router after terminating my connection. The issue for termination of connection was that in Jan, '25 there was a service outage for more than 3 weeks. After multiple times calling the customer care there was no response hence I shifted to a new ISP. My connection became inactive in Mar'25 and i kept receiving IVR calls to return the router or pay fine for misplaced asset.
I paid the fine to the company and have the receipt of payment dated 16/04/25. The employee acknowledged the payment and promised to close the connection soon. Fast forward to 29/4 still multiple employees keep messaging and telling that I have not paid and stating that notice will be issued. Please close the connection soon and stop harrassing your ex-customers. First of all the service resolution was very bad which is why I moved to another ISP now you are also harassing consumers even after fine has been paid. Was this information helpful? |
