Excitel — unreliable services, and cheating their customer — demand a refund from excitel | |||
Hello, I had subscribed to the connection on 16th may for 100mbps (3+1 month) plan and paid 3000for plan +500 for installation and from day one itself. They have not been able to provide stable and reliable internet at all. What's worse is 1. I have been following up since 23rd may till today i. E. 11th june 2. No one responds at all. I dropped mail to their nodal officer's email id, tried reaching out on twitter/facebook, their customer care numbers do not work. Their mobile application do not work, attached app crash logs on their twitter account and facebook account saveral times. No resolution at all. 3. Ticket details #3382858 no connectivity — raised on 23rd may still active no one responds and i haven't recieved a single call back from excitel on this. #3394385 if i want to terminate my connection how much money will i get back?? — their response was that they cannot give anything back since it's a prepaid connection, now i am stuck till september. Even now there is an outage going on since 6pm yesterday and it's 12 pm the next day now. 4. They cheat their customers by first not providing any documentation regarding their subscription, then taking their money and providing the worst possible internet service, so much so that the customer will have to forfeit their amount and leave eventually. So asking them for refund of my money, they are not willing to consider that I have written to nodal/appellate officers also, but there is no response from them A disappointed user : Customer id : ex.
