Excitel — Unstable Connection, Terrible Customer Service, | |
Using excitel broadband in NCR Region, where I am facing frequent disconnections across all connected devices several times in a day almost 5-9 times at random intervals. This affects my work as the connection goes off abruptly and takes several minutes to re-establish. This issue has been going on for 2 months now, and everytime I am told that everything is fine from Excitel's side and the tickets are closed. Whereas I still face problems every day. There have been no technician visits despite requesting them several times. I have escalated the matter to [protected]@excitel.com but I received the same response from the team there as well. I have attached photos, videos and Logs depicting the problem I am facing, but I get the reply that everything is fine from Excitel. In view of the above I asked for connection termination and refund, and Excitel has refused to give any refund either. I am stuck with a unstable connection and have experienced terrible service at the hands of Excitel. Please avoid Excitel Broadband if you can, to save yourself headaches. Writing to Consumer complaint to highlight this Business Malpractice at the hands of Excitel Broadband. Please request appropriate action. Was this information helpful? | |
