The internet connectivity is highly unstable and there are frequent connectivity issues due to local cable operators. I have been creating multiple tickets every time there is an issue. Now I am not able to create new tickets because there is an open ticket for the same reason. The customer support has long queues and wait time is like 15 to 30 mins. Then they ask me to reboot my router twice. When it still does not work, I am told that there is a fiber cut and it will take 3/4 hours. This is happening very frequently. In this week this has happened twice and today is just Tuesday. So you can imagine that the services are down for at least 3/4 hours per day. I am hoping that my complaint will not fall on deaf ears and someone in the company will make an effort to get things right. Was this information helpful? |
