Dear Team,
I am an existing customer of Excitel from last May 14th 2022 and from the day one I am not satisfied with the service and for the installation and to get the connectivity it took 1.5 months time to sort it out in a place like Bangalore.
Even after that we thought of continuing with the service and we are getting disappointed only because of the service.
Recent Experience -
I have raised a ticket on 7th Dec 2022 to shift my connection to my new house which is not even 1 km from the current place and I have clearly mentioned that we are moving out of the house on 10th December, so need shifting assistance atleast on 10th December.
I have waited till 9th night to get a response in hope that I will get a better service, and made me became a hater of Excitel as I have started approaching through different medium and not getting an response till now, In the moment when I am writing this mail.
On 9th I have contacted customer care executive in Delhi office, they said to connect to Hyderabad. I did and conveyed my request and try they said they will assign to concern team.
But no one contacted, I tried connecting the team through the live chat, not got any response from that instead just automatic messages.
I tried reaching and searching almost near branches and the number provided in the internet which was not available.
*Most wonderful thing is that the ticket raised on 7th Dec is showing as closed as mentioning that connection is been shifted.*
At last on 11th morning itself I tried again through customer care call centre and she said will assign to the concern team and I was in a hope that atleast today it will get sorted.
Untill now that made me disappointed 😞.I am wondering I am not getting a single call or response from the team in a big city Bangalore.I.wont recommend the service to anyone as this was the most hectic thing.
As we have shifted already on 10th from the current house and just for the Excitel team we have not handed over our keys and paying rent for the same.
So I need to get an immediate action on this, Not expecting and I dont want any automated messages as response.
Again today one ticket closed as mentioning "We are working on the issues."
This is how we are getting a service.
