Its been more than 4 days, our wifi is not working properly and the red light is blinking continously .
we have been contacting to customer care and their head office, regional partner but nobody is responding in an ethical manner even my father has warned them that he would file an FIR but they dont give a damn about it as one of their regional partner said, "ja ke kar dijiye"
is this the manner to talk to someone, we have been calling and talking to them asking for their help as we have taken 9 months wifi plan and still its been in 2 months advance
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER IF OUR PLAN IS NOT BEEN IN ADVANCE I WOULD HAVE IMMIDEATLY TERMINATE MY WIFI SERVICE.
