Excitel — worst and ridiculous service (exetel)

I used to face internet intermittent (Goes on and off) 8-10 times in a month and slow internet speed and there is a poor customer service (If we call them at toll free number then they simply educate us to wait for 24 hours to rectify the issue, everytime they used to give the same answers, so i am fed up with excitel service and moving to different service provider.
