Excitel — worst service & customer care | |||||
Dear sir, The excitel is taking full payment in advance for providing internet service for their customer. Since last 3 days my internet net is down and i complaint the issue with their customer care since last 2 days. One of their customer care executive told me now that we will not return the money for our inefficiency for provide the service and you have to wait till such time we will continue the service.
