Excitel — Worst service, No satisfaction at all | |||
First time i switched to EXCITEL network of broadbrand and literally this is the worst service i ever came across. no customer care support not at all successful in resolving issues of customers first few day days service ran good but then they saw there status that are also like fraudsters who are just charging money for there glitches and issues in network, not for the service mentioned in there plans. 50mbps never having speed more than 30mbps. several times there connection gets error several times glitches come with poor speed. 1-2 times problem comes, its understandable. but daily multiple times problems are faced which is totally not accepted. my important meetings, classes and conferences get missed just because of these people. we pay for service and ease of our work... not for your poor connectivity and glitches. Making our work more difficult and bringing losses too to us. there recharge amount is nothing in front of importance of my meetings, conferences i need to have in a day. these meetings disconnection n losses because of there network glitch brings more negativity and loss to me than there recharge amount. just writing a note on these people so that others are saved from getting indulge into false trap of these people and choosing a better network for themselves. i dont understand why dont they stop befooling the customers with false promises n poor service. there customer care never able to resolve issues there technician never visits there local service providers, completely dumb n wasteful. at time of buying services from them, they eagerly wait for our call and come running behind us. after buying service, not on a single say they pickup the call and entertain complaints. guyz dont buy there network, its completely useless and waste of money. they will just befool you with false promises and plans. instead of this so call renowned company, choose a local service.. thats gonna be of much help to you guyz. literally these people spoil the whole mood and day with these kinda of issues. literally exhausted from them, feeling like breaking there connection boxes and throwing out of houses. poor service poor speed poor connectivity totally unsatisfactory totally wasteful of time as well as money Was this information helpful? | |||
