Exide Life Insurance — policy closing amount getting very less as compared to irda rules and regulations

In 10 and half year i paid 2, 52, 000 inr but now when i wan to close the policy i am getting 2, 14, 000 inr. Not getting 70k bonus even. As compare to other policy.
Icici prudential paid 1, 20, 000 inr
Closing amount - 1, 48, 000 inr

Birla sun life insurance paid amount 2, 04, 000 inr
Closing amount - 2, 47, 000 inr.

Irda rules are same for every insurance company, then why i am getting very less amount in exide. Give me clarification otherwise i have to complaint to irda.
