[Resolved] Ezeego One Travels & Tours — Refund of failed transaction | |||||
I had deposited 15620 inr to ezeego1 portal under agent balance on 13 oct 2016. My transaction was failed and no balance was deposited. However when contacted the payament gateway vendor they informed that money has been deposited to ezeeego and they should pay you refund as nothing can be done from their side. Its now 9+ days and no reply received and no refund has processed. They seems least bother about my money. Contacted over the phone, email and twitter no help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
