Ezzat Mobiles — sent me a damaged mobile

I have ordered samsung galaxy s5. They told me its 4g. He sent me a damaged mobile. But when i use 4g sim its not working. He is not putting up my call. The phone is of no use because its not 4g. I want full refund of my mobile. Plz help me with this. I whatsapp him he said that i can only exhange this mobile but i dont want other model i want this model only.
Please look into my matter and solve it soon.
