Faber Chimney — Product not working

I purchased a faber chimney from vijay sales mumbai that has not been working from day one. I want it replaced. Vijay sales has been raising the complaint with Faber chimney, but they are not responding. I will have to initiate an FIR against the CEO of faber for breach of trust, cheating etc if the chimney is not replaced.
