Faber — Coffee Machine taken for repair and not returned back | |
We purchased a Faber Coffee Machine on 16th Nov 2020. Sometime towards the end of June 2021, it started making a constant cracking sound while being operated. We called Faber service for its repair. After several calls, it took them around ten days to come to inspect the machine. An executive made a visit and inspected it for several hours. He told us that the reason for the noise is unknown and it has to be taken to the service center as a senior technician has to look into it. They came after 2 days and took the coffee machine (on 17th July 2021) to the service center for the repair. They said they'll repair it and get it back within 2 days. It has been more than 5 weeks since they took the coffee machine and there is no proper update or proper response from them. We have written them several e-mails asking them to give us a clear timeline estimated for its repair. It seems like they haven't figured out the issue yet. There hasn't been a single update from their end about the issue we are facing. There seems to be no one taking responsibility to resolve this matter. If we purchase a new product they'll deliver it within a few hours but we are having to wait for months when there is an issue. At this time, we want our coffee machine returned to us in working condition or replaced. Was this information helpful? | |
