I have been following up on this complaint for about 45 days now but haven't got any valid response yet. No one is cooperating at all. The local office here claims they are "looking into it". Upon emailing the customer care they are saying they are trying to get it resolved asap. Don't know what crime I committed by buying a Faber product.

    Hello
    i have purchased a Faber chimney
    From Pai International Indiranagar, Bangalore
    Jupiter HC SC BK 60
    Serial no: D[protected]
    Pai International Bill no 064771
    on 29th July
    Installation of the machine has done 05th of August
    From day 1, the machine is making a strange noise
    we raise a complaint, 07 August and technician came, but could not able to trace why noise is coming
    he dismantles the whole brand new machine
    I paid so much money and demanding for complete replacement of the machine if day 1 machine is making noise what will happen after 4-5 yrs
    Why customers will suffer after paying so, much money. Why my house has become experiment factory for the company where technicians are coming and changing various parts for a brand new machine.
    I am complaining the customer care but not getting much response
    Please replace or refund the machine, please do not harass the customer, Why a customer is suffering due to poor quality products, what is customer's mistake?

      Hello
      I have purchased a Faber Chimney
      From Pai International Indiranagar, Bangalore

      Installation of the machine has done 05th of August
      From day 1, the machine is making a strange noise

            I had purchased a faber chimney on 23rd Jan 2017(12 years warranty) Model: Feel Plus Bk Tv Ltw 60. It has been a very bad experience from the very first day of purchase. The current problem that I am facing is that the motor needs to be replaced even when it is covered under warranty, the company isn't showing any support for replacing it. I had done the installation and the repairs of my chimney from the company authorized dealers(which are charged even if it is under warranty). The chimney needs to be cleaned annually so that the motor works smoothly at the charge of ₹1500/- . The motor used to give a squeaking noise and whenever I called the technician he just used to spray WD40 and say that the noise will go. Not even a single time, a single person from Faber informed us that the chimney needs to be annually cleaned, or any AMC is to be done for the same. I have other electronic gadgets in my home and the technicians do inform that certain maintenance is to be done. On the contrary Faber here has acted very tactfully that now when the motor has gone kaput they are blaming us on not reading the clauses which are not mentioned in the warranty page but the user manual guide which no one reads. Moreover the customer care do not accept our calls. The complaint has been registered two months back.
            I request you all to be very careful before buying products from Faber. They might come up with some weird conditions of warranty claims and refuse to settle your warranty claims. We trust such companies based on their fame and thier advertisement tactics.
            I request you to be careful and choose some other brand than going for Faber.

                Hi All,

                I have purchased Faber Galaxy Plus RO on 29th Sep 2019(Serial No B07V24N9JV). From the last week, purification water has not been coming to the purifier water tank.

                Afterward, I have called Faber support number([protected]) & the service engineer has visited my home. They said the issue with the pump and I need to change the pump. The cost is Rs 3200.

                Please tell me one thing, What product Faber is selling to the customer? If I bought it from a local water purifier the product lifetime is more than 5 years. However, the Faber RP product is not even coming 2 years.

                Please Note: My usage is max 3 liters per day. Also, within one and a half years, I have done a 3-time filter service as well.

                  I have lodged booking for servicing the kitchen chimney for cleaning vide KOL [protected] dated 13.7.21.
                  There were call from representative having phine nos.[protected](S Khan), [protected], [protected](Somnath Ganguly).

                  I have requested representatives to attend the matter on saturday /sundays around 3-4 pm. They have confirmed regarding their coming and attending the same. However, till date no body has attended the same giving some plea or the other.

                  Please look into the matter for doing the needful so that the matter is attended .

                    I wont give a single rating to this FABER company and I really regret that I rely on this company and bought the chimney.

                    I request to please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i can go to consumer court for other necessary action.

                      I called complaint center and two boys came to resolve the issue. one boy named mohit his mobile number [protected] cleaned the gas chullah and charged 850 es. burner problem was not solved and he said there is problme in spark plug and he will precure the sme and will change it next day. it has been 15 days and he is everyday saying will doing it tomorrow.
                      from last 4 days he is not picking up my calls.
                      its a case of clear cheating. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and issue me the bill against 850 rs charged for deep cleaning.

                      if not resolved soon then i will be forced to take a leagal action in consumer court.

                        Sir,
                        Last month[protected] a faber technician from faber service centre situated in kaloor, kerala came to my house as per my request regarding repairing of a chimney .
                        The chimney was repaired and cleaned, and told it was just a loose connection and its been fixed.but after only 2 days[protected] the chimney stopped working(previous problem).since I have got a 1 month service warranty, i have been trying to contact the same service centre.Everytime I call they say that technician will come today.but no one came.Now the warranty period is going to end tomorrow. Faber is a good product, staffs are really irresponsible.
                        So expecting a solution for this problem

                          Service of the chimney was done on July 3, 2021. Since then there is a lot of viberation in chimney and the exhaust pipe.

                              I purchased "Faber FFSD 6PR 12S NeoWhite Free Standing 12 Place Settings Dishwasher" on[protected] and now I'm facing an issue with the PCB/Touch panel in 3 months of purchasing it.
                              I don't expect this kind of product from an organization of your level and that too when there is mild usage of the dishwasher.

                              I've trying to follow up for more than 2 months and nobody has tried to reach out to us.

                                Bought product on Jan 2021. Installation happened in March-2021. Initially ignition issue is there in one of the burner it got serviced from faber. But later on one the burner i m not able to use it because ignition nob while releasing after turn on flame is getting turned off automatically. fed up with customer care lodged complaint on April 25-2021 till now it was not serviced. Keep calling for couple of days. But no use in calling.

                                  I have bought Faber kitchen hob, and within one month i am having a problem that auto ignition is not working.

                                  Upon making a call to the customer support, i an being told that i have to pay service charge even if the product is under warranty, which is absolutely bizarre.

                                  What kind of warranty are you offering, if the product is not working as expected within first month of purchase, and why i have to bear that cost.

                                  This is definitely not the experience I expected, and would definitely stop me in buying any Faber product in future as well.
