Faber is cheating the customers and response is very poor. They are saying installation is free but we need to pay traveling charges for technician. Rs. 3 for KM. If your home is around 100 km far from service center then you need to pay Rs.600 per visit (200 km two way). In this way it is costing more to the customer. If product is under warranty and need a service, still need to pay this 600. Service centers are very less and mostly need to pay this, who all are in rural areas.

    Hi Faber team,

    I have purchased Faber dishwasher on 6th Jan 2021.

    The machine started working improperly, all the utensils are not getting cleaned and white strains are visible on all utensils post wash.

    I have contacted to their service and received worst response from them, their service team never came to my place to check ans just giving suggestions on calls.

    There service people tried to sale few products with higher than MRP and never bothered to call back to check on machine performance post complaint.

    Worst machine from Faber, please don't buy.

    It's my humble request.

      There were multiple issues with the product in 2 months after purchase. One of the burner is not working when put on Sim and one of the knobs is loose. Repair person said some essential parts of the product needed repair/replacement. Repairing major parts of the product in just 2 months of buying means the product is defective which is why i asked for a replacement. And as per my conversation with your executive, i got a confirmation that my replacement product was approved. I also shared the product details and was told the product will arrive in a few weeks. After that i did not hear from you for about 6 months. I have still not received a resolution on the issue. Faber executives aren't responding to my phone calls or messages. Seems like they are waiting for the warranty period to be over.

          Coffee Machine taken for repair and not returned back

          We purchased a Faber Coffee Machine on 16th Nov 2020.
          Sometime towards the end of June 2021, it started making a constant cracking sound while being operated. We called Faber service for its repair.
          After several calls, it took them around ten days to come to inspect the machine.
          An executive made a visit and inspected it for several hours. He told us that the reason for the noise is unknown and it has to be taken to...

              Dear Sir,

              I am using Faber gas 3 burner stove for the last two years, I called in your customer care number in Ernakulam and they told the cost of each burner as follows :Big one -INR400 /per burner and for small -INR300/Per burner .

              After that only they understand that we're from Alappuzha so they transferred the complaint to Alappuzha. Evening a service man came to our home and he told the burner cost is INR950/per burner for big one and INR710/per piece for small one .

              We asked about the price difference and also even show this the WhatsApp voice message we got from the ernakulam team .

              but he didn't agree and charge as big amount .

                Faber after sales service literally sucks!! I have got my brass burner from built in hob melted and raised request for spare parts and service 5 months ago.. still following up with no action from Faber!! Paid 20k plus for the stove and not able to discard in just a couple years! Never expected such pathetic service from such a big brand ! The company needs to fix their customer service and need to do it now, or else they will not be in market for long I believe

                  आपका शोरूम है जो purvi sales & service के नाम से है । मेने ऑनलाइन complent की थी वहां से दिनांक[protected] को टेक्नीशियन आया था और मेरी चिमनी जिसमे बस बल्ब नही जल रहे थे को सही करवाना था । टेक्नीशियन के द्वारा चिमनी का पूरा pcv ही खोल गया तथा बताया गया कि वो खराब है उसे नया लगवा दिया गया फिर भी वो ही दिक्कत आ रही है मेने पूरा पैसा भी उनको दे दिया है जिसका बिल मेरे पास है मेने 13 मई 20121 से आज तक उनको कॉल कर रहा हूँ किन्तु उनका कोई भी जवाब आज तक नही आया है आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी सहायता करे तथा उचित कार्यवाही करें

                    I have a ongoing contract with faber for hob & chimney. I am trying to contact them to give me services for the money I have paid. They are saying I will have to pay if I want services. I told them on every call that I have a contract with them and they need to give me services for the money paid. From past three months I am following up with them but in vain. This is fraud company fooling customers in the name of contract and not providing any services. I will go to the consumer court and sue this company

                      I have been following up on this complaint for about 45 days now but haven't got any valid response yet. No one is cooperating at all. The local office here claims they are "looking into it". Upon emailing the customer care they are saying they are trying to get it resolved asap. Don't know what crime I committed by buying a Faber product.

                        Installation of the machine has done 05th of August

                        Please replace or refund the machine, please do not harass the customer, Why a customer is suffering due to poor quality products, what is customer's mistake?

                                I had purchased a faber chimney on 23rd Jan 2017(12 years warranty) Model: Feel Plus Bk Tv Ltw 60. It has been a very bad experience from the very first day of purchase. The current problem that I am facing is that the motor needs to be replaced even when it is covered under warranty, the company isn't showing any support for replacing it. I had done the installation and the repairs of my chimney from the company authorized dealers(which are charged even if it is under warranty). The chimney needs to be cleaned annually so that the motor works smoothly at the charge of ₹1500/- . The motor used to give a squeaking noise and whenever I called the technician he just used to spray WD40 and say that the noise will go. Not even a single time, a single person from Faber informed us that the chimney needs to be annually cleaned, or any AMC is to be done for the same. I have other electronic gadgets in my home and the technicians do inform that certain maintenance is to be done. On the contrary Faber here has acted very tactfully that now when the motor has gone kaput they are blaming us on not reading the clauses which are not mentioned in the warranty page but the user manual guide which no one reads. Moreover the customer care do not accept our calls. The complaint has been registered two months back.
                                I request you all to be very careful before buying products from Faber. They might come up with some weird conditions of warranty claims and refuse to settle your warranty claims. We trust such companies based on their fame and thier advertisement tactics.
                                I request you to be careful and choose some other brand than going for Faber.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I have purchased Faber Galaxy Plus RO on 29th Sep 2019(Serial No B07V24N9JV). From the last week, purification water has not been coming to the purifier water tank.

                                    Afterward, I have called Faber support number([protected]) & the service engineer has visited my home. They said the issue with the pump and I need to change the pump. The cost is Rs 3200.

                                    Please tell me one thing, What product Faber is selling to the customer? If I bought it from a local water purifier the product lifetime is more than 5 years. However, the Faber RP product is not even coming 2 years.

                                    Please Note: My usage is max 3 liters per day. Also, within one and a half years, I have done a 3-time filter service as well.
